We aim to provide clarity and transparency regarding payments. Consultation Fees Consultation booking fees (including small booking amounts such as ₹51 or similar) are non-refundable as they secure your appointment slot. Program Fees If you enroll in a structured program: Payments once made are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered only in special circumstances at our discretion. Missed Appointments If you miss your scheduled consultation without prior notice, the session may be considered completed and no refund will be issued. Payment Issues If you believe a payment was processed incorrectly, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue.
